A Sunday Feast at Vínstúkan

This Sunday lunch at Vínstúkan was one of my highlights from December.

Oysters, pâté de campagne, fresh salad with anchovies, whole roasted duck à l'orange, potatoes cooked in duck fat, mushrooms, and a trifle to finish — all served family-style, with wines flowing and perfectly paired throughout.

The food was honestly so good, but the company was even better. Long tables, shared plates, zero rush, lots of laughter. This is exactly how meals should be.

They haven't announced the next one yet, but they have to do this again. If and when they do: don't miss it. I definitely won't.
